These Help to Buy bargains are perfect for commuters

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme is changing.

From April 1, 2021, the maximum you can spend on your new home will be less than the current £600,000 threshold.

Price caps vary depending on location, with only London unaffected.

This selection of houses and apartments, perfect for a regular or occasional commute to the capital, are all available through Help to Buy and with no stamp duty to pay – as long as you complete by March 31, 2021.

Make sure you reserve quickly to avoid missing the deadline, though, as conveyancing and mortgage approvals are taking longer than usual.
